Today’s Daf Yomi Question:

According to the first version in the Gemara, as long as there is no Chatzitza there is no concern, even if it is soiled.  Why are we not concerned she will remove the headband due to its being soiled?

A person can wear a bell sewn on his garment but not around his neck – although it is attached to a band and cannot easily detach (Tosfos); what is the difference between the two?
