Today’s Daf Yomi Question:
The Gemara explains the verse ‘lo avarti mimitzvosecha’ to mean ‘I did not forget to make a bracha’ while performing the mitzvah of teruma and maaser. We learned earlier (33a) that it was the Anshei Kneses Hagdolah who established and formulated our brachos, since blessings are a rabbinic obligation and not min hatorah (except for birchas hamazon and birchas hatorah). If so, how can the passuk here be making reference to a bracha?
