in megila top of daf 5a you said in the name of the Ron in the yershalmi that walled cities if the 15th fell out on shabbos would read on friday and have the seuda on Sunday the 16th. Where is this Ron to be found, and how can we even say that the 16th is still attached to Purim it’s after the zman, true we were discussing only the days to read the megila is between 11 and 15, and not 16 and 17, so maybe even the seuda is too late to have on the 16th

He actually asks your question, how can we postpone simcha/seuda to after the zman?
He explains that the passuk ‘velo yaavor’ applies to megillah, not to simcha.
Perhaps one could add, that the entire month is a month of simcha ‘vehachodesh asher nehfach etc.’
