Today’s Daf Yomi Question:
Rashi explains that it is uncommon for a bandage to completely slide off, and therefore was not included in the issur (according to the Tanna Kamma). If so why would we differentiate between if it landed on a keli or on the ground?
Once it is on the ground we don’t consider it anymore a bandage that fell off, and is considered no different than putting on a fresh bandage. Even if this situation is uncommon, putting on a fresh bandage, which this is now considered, is a common task.
