Dear Rabbi Kessler, thanks for the great Shiurim.
I didn’t understand the difficulty in the opening of today’s Shiur. What’s wrong with one party contributing money and the other party contributing management and splitting the gains/losses 50:50?
Each party contributes something the other doesn’t have. Why is there any interest (ribit) involved.
